We offer a full range of architectural design services including architectural design, interior design, planning consultancy and development, construction and project management.
We recognise that every client is different and so flexibility in our approach is essential. We approach each project with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail regardless of budget or scale, and above all else, we strive to work closely with our clients every step of the way.
The services provided in our practice can be broadly summarised in three core offerings:
Concept
We take the clients ideas and test them. Will it work? What will it cost? Will it get approved?
Based on the clients initial ideas and aspirations we will prepare some preliminary design concepts and provide feedback on the key issues of project viability, cost and council consent.
Planning
We explore and test the clients ideas further in this stage and develop more detailed designed plans in readiness for submission to council for planning consent.
Throughout this stage the client remains engaged in the process and is intimately involved in all aspects of the design.
We use our extensive experience and negotiating skills with council planning staff to ensure that the assessment process goes as smoothly as possible.
Building
Once a project has been granted planning consent we will prepare detailed technical plans which will enable the project to be granted certification and consent for building to commence.
We coordinate all consultants on the project including interior design, structural and services engineering, and quantity surveying.
We are able to be engaged at different levels during construction, from full project management services to a monitoring role of the progress of the works.
We have vast experience in all aspects of building and keeping projects on course and within budget, with an unfaltering attention to quality and detail.
